The Responsible Recreation Initiative Team is focused on annual litter cleanups in and along the shorelines of the Namekagon River, reduction of river litter, and the re-establishment of a family-friendly recreational opportunity. We want families with young children to feel safe and comfortable on the river, even on those summer weekends with heavier river traffic volumes.
NRP Board Members on the Team: David Arnold, Cindy Ferraro, Scott Peterson, Wendy Williamson. The Team facilitator is John Haack.
Meetings: Monthly starting in August 2013. All members are welcome to participate. Contact us at email@example.com for more information.
Next Meeting: November 11th at 9:30am at the Sawmill Eatery in Seeley.
